About
Poster Project is a space for visual experimentation, expressive freedom, and a forum to bring designers together across sumUX and Google.
Bi-weekly, we create A1 posters based on a common theme. The theme selection acts as the common guideline, and everyone is free to interpret the brief in their own way.
The goal of the project is to showcase visual expression that reflect the thoughts and skill sets of the team, as well as providing a unique opportunity to explore, express and experiment together to find ways to communicate our ideas through visual means.
What
All submissions are welcome, and will be showcased*. (@google accounts only.) A list of contributors to each theme will be published, but will not be directly attributed to the individual poster.
As the collection builds, the range of visual styles, personalities and interests of the team will start to emerge.
These will be presented across the following platforms:
- Website
- Instagram
- Display book
- Exhibition
- In office displays

Please note, posters that are deemed offensive, will not be published.

Submit
This link [GO/PP—SUBMIT] will only point to the ‘current theme’ folder, and only for the 2 week duration of the theme. Bi-weekly, a new theme and folder will be added, and ‘previous themes’ will not be accessible.
This is only available for internal google employees.
